What kind of diagram? Of the entire aircraft? Parts labeled or not? Like this? http://www.sportys.com/morepics/thumbnails//1896.jpg
Or a system schematic?

Call 1.800.4CESSNA and ask about getting one from the manufacturer.

Why would anyone need diagrams for a plane?? seems strange to me.
Well depends upon which Cessana model. They make (made) several models. Try Cessna Aircraft Company. If you know the model name/number, Aircraft Information Manual (AIM) will have detailed pix and specs. for it.

A line drawing can be helpful in designing a paint scheme. Most of the aircraft painting companies can provide you with a line drawing free of charge.
