Question:
i am leaving the country after finish my study, therefore, would like to sell that car. just bought in nov. 2005. is a mazda 3.0 2006 in san francisco. so what should i do? thanks for the answer.

Answers:
sell it to carmax , they will appraise it and offer wholesale market value -- YOU WILL have to pay the difference on what the car is worth VS what you owe on the vehicle in cash or certified funds. www.carmax.com

Other Answers:
I Don't know about the U.S but in Britain a dealer will tend to give a lower price than selling privately. If time is not an issue advertise locally. Check in motoring sections of newspapers to gauge what your car is being sold for privately and then ask the dealer for a price. If their not to far apart go with the dealer.
Ouch! You'll probably have _PAY_ the dealer to take it since the amount you paid in financing would be less than the depreciation.

If my notion above is accurate: This advice is against the law (fraud), so I don't recommend it doing it. If you're leaving the United States for a long time, park the car and stop making payments the month you leave. The worst that can happen is that the bank takes the car back. What are they going to do, arrange to ahve you come back to make payments? If your loan is through a bank with international offices, you may still be trouble financially, though.
