They all have the lowest rates, but your credit rating dictates what rate you will pay. Personally, I used Chase. actually the rate for a car is based off of three things , the year and miles on the car - down payment (equity in the car ) and your credit history -- banks on used are 7.25 % credit union are cheeper and new are cheeper still --- based of of an 2004 10% down and good credit
