Answers:
If you purchased a vehicle, and paid for it in cash in 4 months ago, you should have received the title long ago. Contact your state MVA and file a complaint against the dealer. They will either get you the title, or assist you in getting your money refunded!
Other Answers:
in this case, its not easy to get your money back.
i would say just forget about it and get another car because you will lose a lot of your health if you just decide to get your money back.
ya u ve to get ur money back..jus tell him if he doesn give it back u either go to the police.but i think it will be better if u ppl discussed it properly and come t a good decision
there's nothing you can do if you bought it " As Is ". As far as a title goes, you can go to the Secretary of State and Put in for a New title to your car for a small fee.
As far as I kno, the best you could do is sell it, seeing as I dont think the dealer will take back his car, you could also use it in a demolition derby :-D
Do you have proof like a reciept...if not I am sorry to say your screwed. If you do your in luck ...sue the dealership.
YOu can do something with it with the Bill of Sale. If you have that you can get insrnc to drive it but if you want to sell it you should go and raise cain and they will give it up, for sure.
go and ask a local lawyer. they can only answer this for you , find ones with FREE consolutations , most give you great advice and you don't even need to pay them.
IF not, tell all your buds that the dealer is a piece of sh*t and don't buy from him.
