Assuming that it is repaired, and done correctly, and assuming that there is average mileage (about 12,000) on the car, I would put the value at around $7500 retail.
If the salvage title is from major damage, you have to deduct from the value. If it is from minor (such as a recovered stolen car would have) issues, and you have proof (before and after pictures) you can add a bit to the value.
