For two-weeks they take messages and refer me to speak with him on the matter.he wont return my calls.He said he tried to drive it and it overheated,water is in the oil and now hes repairing that,nothing in writing.meanwhile I had to catch-up the payments over $2,000. What do I do?

I had this same problem, I just did what the banks do, with the assistance of the police I went and repossesed my vehicle, after that I made necessary repairs and sold it.
