the radio runs the the body control module if you remove it without a kit the door locks , defrost and more may not work.
Find a kit if it is not available wait for one
the system works with very few wires and uses resistance instead. you could mess up the car a bit

All you need is a WIRING HARNESS for your car model. Go a car audio shop ask for it and buy it, its cheap. All you have to pretty much do is match the colors of the wires and plug it right in.
