I would think it would.
it could and it couldnt it all depends on the package of the doner vehicle, some of the higher quality packaged vehicles such as lx, or ex have an anti theft system that ties through the radio so that radio wont work without the correct CPU signal from the vehicle it was manufactured for, however if its a barebones radio with only standard wires then u can hard wire it in but id recommend purchasing a wiring harness for the vehicle that it is going into. the back of the radio should have 4 pairs of wires for the speakers there should be purple, green, grey, and white and each color wire should have another wire the same color with a line running up it match theese similar wires together in pairs the lined wire is usually the negative. theres also a constant power wire usually yellow, a ground wire (Black), a wire called "remote" thats (blue) THIS IS FOR CUSTOM AMPLIFIERS, and an ignition wire thats (red) as long as u tie theese wires into the right ones in the dash it should work, unless your experienced like me i would just recommend the wiring harness it plugs right into the factory connector that went into the back of the radio that was in the car and all u do is match the wires that come out of that harness to the ones coming out of your stereo deck and it also allows ease of service cause of that connector so u dont always have to cut and solder if u have a problem
