2004 Nissan Pathfinder Stereo System?

Question:
I have a 2004 Nissan Pathfinder and am looking to put a good system in there. I have been looking at JL subs, but don't know anything about them or how big I need. I am never going to be blasting it to full power. I just want it to sound good and hit pretty hard. I am looking to spend a max of $600 including an amp. Is this to little? Someone recommended kicker L7's are these good?

Answers:
yes kickers are very good sub woofers and i would recommend a power full enough amp to power them with power left to spare.
Depends on the sub woofer that determans amp size. the bigger the sub woofer the bigger the amp. 2 channel would be the best as far as amps are concerned, 4 channel if possible.
800 or better amp will do nicely. but remember 1 thing the more u spend the better you will get so check out all end s before buying"if possible listen to the subs and amps to tell what is best"

Other Answers:
kickers are good...i would recommend for that size vehicle, you get no smaller than 2 10" subs. Jl audio makes fantastic subs as well. If you were looking to spend a little bit more, get yourself some Rockford fosgate subs, those blow the competition out of the water. Pioneer premiers have a pretty decent sound too. A lot of it depends on your amp as well. Do not get anything less than an 800 watt amp!
