Check your radios ground braided wire on back. Also check the antenna wire sometimes on the passenger side of the vehicle they put in a connector. Then check where the mast connects at the fender, unscrew it and see if the connection on the inner fender well is clean and tight. Good Luck.

Go to a technitian that works in this field at the store of purchase.
Suddenly stopped working? What changed (neighbors, new car, new house, etc.)

(I AM IN NO WAY AN EXPERT IN CARS, RADIOS, OR RF Signals, but I pride myself in my knowledge of general electronics.) IF NOT CHECK THE ANTENNA BY THE FENDER BAD GROUND OR BY PASSANGER DOOR CABLE CAN BE CUT OR DAMAGE
