how to get from paterson,nj to south windsor, connecticut by public transportation?

Answers:
Amtrak trains from New York Penn Station to Hartford, there are six trains a day, you must change for five of them to other train in New Haven to reach Hartford. The trip takes 1h 34 to New Haven and 42 minutes between New Haven and Hartford. Please notice that if you purchase the train ticket in advance, it will be cheaper.
