goodluck with that, I think that if you were to be under someones insurance, that would like mean a bit lower, sort of like having a co-signer for a loan from the bank, its a way of having someone vouche for you. I would ease off the gas pedal too :P
Try AllState.
It's a good insurance car company, you only pay like $800 a year and it covers all your car, and also for people with that kind of problems that you have.
High Risk. Try Acuity Insurance
Best insurance of all would be to give up driving until you can actually understand and obey the speed limits. Otherwise, if you happen to have one in your town, try American Family Insurance. One more thing: I'd also recomend temperance prior to, during, and after driving. If you can't understand what that means, try riding a bike, you'll learn patience that way. Cheers!
the WALKING company

One that insures bicycles.
As a fellow speeder, my husband and I are considered high risk. The best rate that we got, not to mention the only one that would insure us, was a broker. McAfee Insurance brokers, Barrie, Ontario. The lady we deal with was so exceptionally helpful, and accommodating- she did everything to get us the cheapest rates. I highly recommend looking into McAfee.
I have a lot of speeding tickets as well........the best thing to start off is by going to companies websites and getting a free quote...it is time consuming but well worth it. Start off by trying these places for getting a quote
(1) The General www.thegeneral.com 1-800-GENERAL
(2) Safe Auto www.safeauto.com or 1-800-SAFE-AUTO <---I would try them 1st
(3) Geiko
(4) Nationwide
(5) Progressive
(6) State Farm (pick a "nice agent" my past state farm agent was a major A-Hole)
after that just call around to the localy owned places around your town and ask them for a quote.....then after all that choose the one that is cheapest or the one that you like the best......hope that helped.
Someone with a lot of speeding tickets should no longer be on the road. You idiots are the reason good drivers rates go up also!
