Question:
Answers:
First of all does engine crank over? If the car turns over you know its not your starter or solenoid. If it doesn't turn over it could be your starter, solenoid, fuses, or wires. If none of those then your engine is seized. But if it does turn over check your fuel pump. On that type of vehicle, you should be able to turn the key to the on position and hear the fuel pump. If you can't hear it, it's the fuel pump. It should sound like a humming noise. If can hear it the fuel pump is fine. Then it could be your distributor cap or rotor. On 90's and up t-birds, on your fuel injector rail there should be a bleeder, press it and if gas comes out I would go with the distibutor.
Other Answers:
Not to be one to state the obvious, but there is good gas in it (No water), right?

Lol about the gas.... But what about the alternator?
Ok here is some things to look for.
#1 is there spark: To find out do this. Pull a sparkplug wirs off and put it into a screwdriver. Hold it about 1/4 of an inch from some metal and crank the car. Is there a spark. If not, check the cap and rotor.
#2 Check for fuel pressure. Look on the fuel line and locate the pressure valve. This valve looks like the tire valve at your tire.
Now remove the cap and with a rag and a pencle push in on this valve with the key on but do not crank.
Does a spert of fuel come out and is there a stream? If not check for the fuel pump realey, fuse and pump.
:DANGER-DANGER-DANGER
THIS IS FUEL BE SHURE YOU DO NOT CRANK AS YOU WILL MAKE A SPARK AND YOU COULD IDNATE THE FUEL SPRAY.
