Unless you find someplace that trades cars for motorcycles, you're going to be hard pressed to find a bike for $200. You may get lucky and find an old Honda Shadow sitting in someone's garage and for sale (which, by the way, is a good starter bike). If you're opting for something a little nicer, then go to Mid America Powersports (located in Wichita on West St.). They have a building next door that sells used bikes. You could find one there that is relatively cheap, take a loan out of the bank, and put that $200 into a down payment. Other than that, I'm not sure what to tell you. Good luck!
