Any info on police pulling people over every ten minutes in PA for going 6 miles over the speed limit?

I was wondering if anyone has any info on the what I heard today. I heard that in PA they are supposed to hire a bunch of police officers. To be able to afford this, they are supposed to be pulling motorists over every ten minutes if they are driving six miles over the speed limit or more. if anyone knows about this or has any more info. let me know. I am looking for websites with this info.

bravo for them; hopefully, they will be pulling over drivers that are driving 1 mile per hour OVER the speed limit. That is what speed limits are for. I have driven in PA and the drivers should all be pulled over, as I have yet to see one driving at or under the speed limit.
