Infiniti is a luxurious/better version of Nissan.
Acura is a luxurious/better version of Honda.
Lexus is a luxurious/better version of Toyota.

Nissan, Honda, Toyota are some of the most reliable car companies (all Japanese). You do the math.

(meaning....yes they are good)
Infinits and Lexuses come at about 40-43k starting for M and GS series. The Acura RL comes at about 49k, but Acura has most standard features so you are basically paying for it already. It depends what level of luxury you're looking for. By the way, the Acura RL is currently in the lead on CNET's best car of the year.
