Answer "yes' or 'no' - Would you rent your car to a third party for $. If 'yes' for how much. If 'no' why not?

Question:
This is for a paper i am doing. I have to get 10,000 responses. I hope you can help me out

Answers:
No. Who knows what implications there would be if they got in an accident. I know you mentioned that you have insurance, and your point is partially true. But, that is under the condition that someone else is borrowing your car. I'm not sure what the conditions are if you have rented the car for money. Insurance companies have lots of lawyers and would probably find a way to slither out of paying for some accident or other situation if you had rented the car to someone.

Other Answers:
No, because if the third party wrecked my car, I'd still be liable.
maybe yes, maybe no.

It would depend on the circumstances. What about the insurance? Would it be against the law, since I'm not a car rental company?
Your own car? NO! They would trash it, possibly wreck it, which would cause your insurance rates to go up and leave you personally, legally liable for the damages they caused because your insurance wouldn't pay off since the 'third party' is not on your policy and by renting the car to them you nullified your insurance (unless you have commercial insurance, which most people do not have, especially on a car). Renting your car out is one of the absolute worst ideas I have ever heard.
