Answers:
You're 28, you don't need to be telling your mother anything.

Other Answers:
Be an adult and pay it by yourself and don't tell her. and from now on, be responsible, don't speed, and WEAR A SEATBELT.

First off if your 28 why would you tell your mom. Yes YOU should pay YOUR OWN ticket. your 28, pay your own ticket and wear your seatbelt. Its called self responsiblity. You dont need to tell her; your 28. But if she ask be honest with her.

You are 28. Grow up. I was done with college, married, and had three children by 28. BE A MAN! Just tell her.

well if you are on her insurance it would be nice to do so out of respect. depending on the speed it will get to your insurance co anyway and she'll find out that way. if you are on your own it shouldn't matter if you tell her or not

Perhaps you need to grow up and just tell her. You're 28 and afraid to tell your mom?! You shouldn't be driving period. You obviously didn't learn your lesson the first time, and you are expecting her to pay this ticket? Are you nuts? Get a job and pay your own bills! You seem like a horrible parent to 1. Allow your child in the car not safely strapped into a carseat 2. Being an example to your son that it's ok to not wear a seatbelt. You need to grow up and allow someone who is better fit to watch your child if you actually love him. Well the best way is to just tell the truth..because if you dont eventually she will find out and you dont want that because us mothers seem to turn into a different person when our children wont stand up to their responsibilities especially at your age..I have a 28 year old also..but she is such a scary cat she tells my husband immediately.. she wil be dissappointed and very upset ..but, just tell her I know I was showing irresponsibilty ..I am so sorry .. please forgive me..

Pay your own ticket!! Your almost 30 years old for goodness sake. Remeber to wear your seat belt and especially fastener you little boy in, as a caring father your son's safety should be a priority.

28 sound like you have some growing up to do, and your kid was out of his car seat, sound like parental neglect. Pay for it you man child may be this time you may learn.
One other thing ten years as a paramedic i never unbuckled a dead person, yet there have been plenty that have been trow from the car that I sent away with a toe tag

First off cops have way too much control over yours and everybody else's life. Sounds like that ticket is a real hardship on you and now your under real stress that can cause health problems. Government protecting you from you and laughing all the way to the bank with your money. You are free to bring up your kid exactly the way the government tells you to. Well blame the dumb voters of should I say the sheep who are willing to give up everything (even the family) for the illusion of safety. think about how you are going to someday tell your mother that her grandson is dead because you were speeding and ran into some one or lost control of your car and he was thrown from the car because he was not in a child seat while you are lying in the hospital on life support

you shouldn't be driving let alone be a parent because you have no discipline and no maturity. Does your mommy wipe your a$$ still???

You're the best example of EVERYTHING that's going wrong with an entire generation!

I think that you should tell your mother, as she will eventually find out, and if you didn't tell her, then it will be twice as bad. I know it's not the best thing to have to tell her, but as long as you have learnt your lesson this time, and always wear your seatbelt, and restrain your son, then it shouldn't be a problem
